At Claritas Jewelry, we are dedicated to providing you with premium jewelry and outstanding customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and to ensure this, we follow the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding returns, while also offering an extended guarantee.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in Finland and the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@claritasjewelry.co within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the item(s) promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, once the returned goods are received and inspected.

Extended Return Guarantee

In addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, we also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This allows you extra flexibility to return or exchange your jewelry.

Return Qualifications

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

• Returns must include all original packaging, such as tags, boxes, and pouches.

• Items that are part of a set must be returned together; partial sets are not eligible.

Non-returnable Items

• Engraved or customized items.

• Gift cards.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping label will not be provided.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange items within 30 days under the same conditions as above. Please provide your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@claritasjewelry.co so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
